The Dave Williams Band
The Dave Williams Band play an exciting, soulful and heart-felt blend of classic blues, blues rock, soul and some gospel blues for good measure
Inspired by the great 3 pieces of the past like Cream, Jimi Hendrix and numerous artists ranging from Muddy Waters, Albert King, Gary Moore and Peter Green, through to Free, Stevie Wonder, James Brown and Sister Rosetta Tharpe, they create a vibe that is enjoyable, authentic and reaches a surprisingly wide demographic.
They’ve been playing around South-East Wales for the last 4 years and are regulars at the Newport Street Food Festival and other venues.
Dave Williams has released a number of albums and the latest one, called 23, is due out in November 2023.
