It’s the all new Rookwood Sound Breakfast show with Richard Davies. Every Saturday morning 8-10am.
I have a number of different features:
The first three records out of the news at 8am are played without any talking in between, and linked together with the same theme. You are invited to try and guess the link and to send in the three records for the next show.
I have the “Challenge you – the riddle”, which during the two hours I’ll read out a riddle one line at a time, then read out the complete riddle towards the end of the programme before giving out the answer. How quick can you get the answer?
I have another feature called the “Odd one out across the 9 o’ clock news” where I’ll read out a number of clues and you have to workout which one is the odd one out and why.You have the length of the last record of the first hour, the length of the news and the length of the fist record of the second hour, before I announce the answer.
I’ll also invite you to nominate the two records to be placed back to back around 9:30am by the same artist or group. Will your choice be selected?
The programme is then finished off with the famous (Famous in its own lunch time)10 to 10 quiz, 3 quiz questions with just ten minutes to work out the answers.
